Description:
In this seminar, we are going to address the importance of having a project management methodology. The methodology must be approached from three different perspectives. First, what does the organization require based on the types of projects that are managed? Secondly, what does the individual project require as far as management tools for the specific project being worked? Lastly, the methodology should be adaptable so that Agile can be incorporated as required to meet the needs of the methodology and the individual project. We will delve into these requirements to discuss tailoring the processes to meet the needs of the organization and the flexibility needed to manage individual projects, including the integration of Agile. The end goal is to create your Way of Working (WOW).
