Speaker Topic: Build it or Lose It: Transforming Culture to Achieve Excellence
The success or failure of any organization is determined by the organization culture, how the leaders cultivate and take care of business and employees. The “acceptable norms” are visible in how decisions are made, how organization members communicate, and how individuals are recognized for their work. In this keynote presentation, Dr. Woodard, a strategic talent management expert, will help leaders explore current vs. desired organizational culture and use the Competing Values Framework to understand the types of culture that exist in every organization. Members will consider their own style as well as the collective style of the organization and determine the most appropriate style for PMI Palmetto as well as for their own organization or business.
