Speaker:  Robert Snyder
Topic:
Innovation Elegance: What a People-Centric Methodology Looks Like!

Description:

Most teams execute software-centric methodologies, but the awkward reality is that what makes innovation difficult is people not software. A people-centric methodology – that governs for healthy discipline and empathy – isn’t revolutionary – it’s just overdue. The good news is that formulating it is straightforward and adopting it can be gradual

Key Takeaways

1.      A new kind of RACI (the Five Verbs) shapes a culture of discipline

2.      Imitating the performing arts shapes a culture of attentiveness and empathy

3.      Envision your path-of-least-resistance toward evolving from VUCA into Elegance
