Topic: Concerns about organizational change
Presenter: Susan L. Marin, CRM, CIGO, MS, PMP is a Senior Manager in Consilio's Information Governance Advisory Services practice. Susan earned her PMP certification in 2016 and her master's degree in Organizational Change and Leadership in 2021. With her 25 years of litigation paralegal and information governance experience, she guides her clients through all aspects of the change management process. Susan is the current Vice President of the PMI Palmetto chapter.
Summary: Concerns about organizational change often cause a stumbling block to instituting new processes or applications. A Time for a Change walks the audience through the impact of change at different organizational levels. By focusing on the traits and needs at the individual employee level, the audience is challenged to consider different approaches when working within an organization.
